Neuspeed sport springs with Illuminas?

Is there anyone currently running this setup? I read in another thread where another member had been running AGXs with Nuespeeds and about 10 - 15k miles later the struts were blown.

I do have the springs but they've just been sitting in the basement for the past year. I'm thinking about selling them for a set of Progress and Illumina combination springs and shocks.

I have had illuminas for over a year with my h&r sports and they have been awesome, really easy to adjust too.

illuminas are good shocks man. someone was running them with coilovers and still riding smooth, no worries man. install them. did you get them new or used?

I have this setup and my friend has it on his 96 Accord.

Overall, it is a decent setup, but I don't like the available damping curves.

Unless there is a specific reason you want to adjust it, I would just go with Tokico HP's. I can't find a damping curve on my setup that is as good as the curve on those. They are either too soft, or too firm. The HP's will give you a stock ride quality, perfect damping and rebound, and should hold up to the abuse just fine.

I LOVE the springs.
