Brand new tires with sawblades issue

Greetings i'm having a little problem that i cant find. I have buy a set of 4 sawblades used, then brand new tires 205/50/15 so i put it on, but running at 30 + start like a noise each rotation of the wheel, like click, click click. Am wondering what can it be, because with my oreo 14" with wheels dont heard that. Also now my wheel start shaking at high Mph like 50. also it was alignment with the 14" and i have just balanced this new one but am having those 2 issue. any help will be welcome thanks.

the backing plate may have got bent a little when you put one of the wheels on so check to make sure its not rubbing on the rotor

sounds like the tire/wheel combo needs to get balanced.

tires and wheels get balanced dont know if they balanced good but they did, also check a bit around it cause more when i press brakes, and turning. also my accord have drums maybe the wheels are no too tight to the drums ?

the clearance on mine were so close that the knuckle actually moved my inside wheel weight and eventually fell off. crazy shit.

what you mean the bolts move your wheels out of position?

the arrow is pointing to the backing plate
if its touching just a little bit anywhere around the rotor then it will make noise while you are driving
