Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Odyssey batteries are small and light, as well as deep cycle. Get some of those, and a bigger, more powerful alternator, and it'd be like having unlimited nitrous with the electric supercharger.

      I like the idea, myself.

Like David said great feedback but another thing that popped into my head was stroker kits. Or putting something together like

"run an h23 crank , and that will put you at 95 mm
run an f23 crank with the mains turned down and have 97mm
run an k24 crank, with the mains turned and timing side modified and have 99mm

have your 95mm h23 crank ofset ground you can run between 92mm and back up to 95mm"

                    ~originally posted on honda-tech

                    87mm x 99mm = 2355.06cc

Would the extra displacement (if its possible) be worth the cash?
I mean if you wanted to go full out N/A and bump up the compression, bore and sleeve the cylinders, and make a stroker kit. eek not to mention the and the top end. You could really fork out the weight of the engine in gold. But then again you could make one crazy N/A h22a laying down some large numbers, :/ I would probably rather have it in a eg or crx.

If anything IMO and through my research I think the best way to go is with your basic I/H/E, stage 2 cams, valves/springs, adjustable cam gears, tuning, weight reduction(maybe, who uses rear seats anyways?), lsd, good tires. Thats what I am deciding on doing anyway and according to all of your replies it should get me into the 13's, right?

I have my parts list pretty much sorted out
                          -Stage 2 crower cams part # 63422-2
                          -Crower springs/retainer kit part # 84167
-OBX LSD (maybe i'll save up get something better-heard good/bad about obx)

                          Already installed
                          -apexi WS2
                          -SRI
-Headers(kinda installed/sorta fabing them to fit)

as for tuning maybe one of mrx's chipped ecu's? or one of the new hondatas I have a certified dealer/tuner in the area again its just the question of how much am I willing to spend/save up. Tires well, what ever ones I can get for a decent price XD.

Ah its just comes down to the saving of the $$$, pshhh why does money rule everything?
