Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I changed my intake length by about 10 inches and I noticed as it got shorter ( to SRI length ) it also got a bit louder and has a tad less low end....but I make up for it at the top. My car has never felt stronger near redline. It's not a lot, but enough to notice a difference.

i have a racactive cai and i seem to beat out people in general... not that i go looking for races or anything.... but the other day my friend and i were screwing around and he had his 98 escort( pretty nice for a winter beater no rust or damage at all and its 5spd...lol) both or our cars are rated about the same it felt like I beat him out in the top end more so than the low end...
(btw he says our cars are rated about the same thats the only reason i say that i honestly have no idea... all i know is he got owned by a 250,000 mile cb7!!!)
