Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    You can't even get a B18C on Ebay anymore...meanwhile people are throwing away H's...you know what to do. It's good that you embrace new information and acknowledge being wrong...you'll fit right in man. Welcome!

      Yeah I agree people are throwin H's away...but B18c's u can still find on e-bay on rare occasions.....even so they are grip! Who wants to pay 3500-4500 for a complete engine when u can sometimes find a complete or someones complete project car (civic witha B-series swap) used for that much sometimes? B16's are getting more rare nowadays, thats why Dart is making their on version of the B-series since it's so popular..... But now it's the K-series boom so now they might be more sought after than B,s & H's as far as v-tec goes.... I remember looking on e-bay a long time ago and seen TSX 2.4l K's and RSX K's for like maybe 1,800-2,500 at the most.... but this was at a time where people didn't really know what to do with them..... now that there's aftermarket support these motors kinda shot up in price....

        The H= t3h win...but I still wanna go all-motor on the F...

        Anyways yea the B's are overrated; $4K for a B18C is ludicrous when for 2g's more you could have the much better K20A in your whip, or for 1K less you could have the H. And things aren't at the point where crate engines are feasible...I mean even w/o the head a Dart engine must be like $2k, and then you need the head and the tranny...
