From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    swapping a new engine...parts to replace?

    so i was wondering, if i were to get another f22a series engine but doesnt include the intake manifold nor exhaust manifold.
    what do you think would be good to replace?

    im thinking the fuel injectors, possible swap to a6 manifold, clean out egr valve? belts?
    any ideas on what to upgrade as well? (not doing cams but if i did, i have a gude one sitting in my room )

    hood cable
    new belts
    RR window motor
    Tint
    fuel injectors
    A6 intake mani?
    rear motor mount
    driver's side motor mount
    axle seal
    upper ball joint/Control arm
    inatek heatsheild gasket
    front and if possible rear polyurethane inserts
    lightened flywheel
    msd coil
    external coil conversion?

        not sure yet, but i do want to pass smog so no camshaft here...

          can't pass smog with a camshaft? eeeeeeeeeh that bites...u sure u can't tune it?
