Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I used to have a guy at the local Honda dealership. Got mine for $175. Not sure if the cores you get from other shops are New or used for $150??? They could be new cores that you buy from them????

14111-PT4-F50 - $310 @ hondapartsonline.com. Would be worth the $150 if the cores from Bisi are new!

Ok so first things first. Friday I set up an appointment with the Honda dealership to do my front brakes because they are down to nothing. New pads with turned rotors are 165 with taxs that's out of the way. Next thing is my muffler is completely shot, it rattles from the inside and vibrates so hard it's insane. Getting attention for all the wrong reasons. So I'm going to order a k teller exhaust piping kit 2.5 or 2.25 haven't decided yet and try to find I great sounding DEEP muffler for the end of it.

If you are still planning to do an intake manifold upgrade, level 2 camshaft and custom header. I would go with the 2.5" K Teller kit.

Then go with a 2.5" Flowmaster cat, 18-22" resonator in the B pipe and a 40 series Delta Flow after the axle..... That should be deep enough!

I've never been keen on flowmasters. Poor construction, baffles cause a decent amount of restriction, they throw off exhaust pulses which effects scavenging and they rust in a matter of a few short years. I'd definitely go with something with no baffles. There are plenty of ones out there. I know how I made mine deep.

            Vibrant 2.5" super quiet resonator
            Vibrant 2.5" 6" round muffler
Vibrant 2.5" stealth dual tip muffler
            Ktellar 2.5" piping kit
            Don't mind the crappy camera.

                3" blox velocity stack $35
                3" ebay intake $40
                s2k throttle body $75
bored and taper tb maxbore $110
                f22a6 runners/h23 plenum $60
                bisimoto cam/valvesprings $600
                megan racing h23 header $160
                vibrant 2.5" 2-1 collector + welding $125
k-tuned rdx injectors with hats & clips $260
What's the difference in h23 megan header to the f22a megan header?

^that is a nice head in there for $600 complete. Now that is a good starting point. The head is of a running motor, so you know as long as it is shipped right you can use it as is.
I contacted seller about the head for sale. He us no longer selling 8/
