In order to do it exactly that way you would need the H23A VTEC crankshaft which has 55mm mains. Good luck there.

The only mention of an h23 was for a Logic Motorsports header he is having made to fit an h23 flange, you have a bb6 intake manifold on a f22a head? The way I understand it is that isn't a match without an adapter plate. Also I don't believe there is anyway to reach 130whp without a tune, a stock p12 might net 140 crank hp not really sure if this combo would give anymore hp but certainly wouldn't with a stock tune. Just my 2 centsMy work in progress!

Look guys I have a H23a intake manifold. complete. I want to clean it up a bit before it gets installed. I know black trax guts them out. I figure why not if skunk2 (and smiliar type for h22) doesn't use IAB why would I ?
Im willing to drop some coin on mods but nothing jaw dropping. Like a aftermarkt h22 manifold with a H to F intake manifold adapter or nothing like that.
And I already have lighter wheels and suspension done. I roll with out a back seat it helps but not really lol.
So as far as the BB6 intake its just the intake tube nothing else just the tube. I wanted to get a trilogic and weld the h23a flange on it. Might still do it depends on what a CNC/CAD machinist I know says about it.

Blacktrax doesn't gut the IAB. They provide a proper functional spacer. The IAB is still a very useful feature, providing low-end power AND high end power. It's like a smaller version of VTEC.
The manifolds that don't use the IAB are designed that way... and they're designed for high-revving engines.
