fist time I welded SS

I did the entire cat-back with 2 180 degree mandrel bend that I cut for all the angles.. and some straigh pipes. I welded the parts with 1/8" SS rod

as far as them being loud.. they are really loud, but i like it.
inside it does drone alot, so if you dont like that, i wouldnt recommend doing it. at idle the tone is real deap like a v8 almost. high rpms i love the sound, i dont think it is as raspy as most others are. hope you like,

A'PEXi World Sport 2

It sounds like stock inside. Outside, it sounds like a quieter G35/350Z exhaust. Actually, it kinda sounds close to the noise level of my dad's G35 sedan. The exhaust tone actually gets lounds at low rpms (2-3k). It gets quieter pretty much after that. So if you're looking for an exhast that wont get u noticed by popo's, then the WS2 is for you. I love the WS2, but there is one flaw. The resonator is a little low, so if your CB7 is slammed, drive w/ caution and angle like hell on speed bumps, dips, and driveways.

After so many years, I finally get to post in this thread

Engine: stock F22A6, no mods
Greddy SP2 exhaust, Random Technology Hi-Flow Cat converter

The Greddy SP2 sounds pretty damn awesome. I've heard that the Apexi WS2 and RS-R are the quietest exhausts you can get for our cars, but I can't imagine anything quieter than the Greddy SP2 at idle except stock. When you get on the gas, the sound really comes out. Great exhaust for those who dont want attention from the police while still sounding nice. The performance gains are unbelieveable, but keep in mind I basically went from having no exhaust (pic of flex pipe ) to a new flex pipe, hi-flo cat converter and the sp2. I bought the exhaust from turboimport.com. Great service, sent out the tracking number within 24 hours of shipping. The random technology hi-flow cat is great. It comes flanged for our car, so it bolts right in. I've heard nothing but good things about them on this site. I do feel a huge increase in performance but because I added both the SP2 and RT hi-flo cat at the same time, I can't differentiate which contributes the most to this increased performance.


I'll try to get better pics and a sound clip later. I'll edit this post when I do.

dc sports header, oem CAT and 2.25 piping from the cat back w/ a Arospeed muffler( i think the tip is about 3 or 4 inch) has pretty decent sound, fairly deep when your driving normal, but when i lay on it you knwo i'm on it, lol
o and the motor is a h23a1 w/ headwork and cams

Sound: When it's not warmed up there is alot of raspyness, but as soon as the cat gets hot it goes away. It is pretty loud and deep. In my opinion it sounds decent Could denifinitely use a long resonator.
