Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

sorry for lack of reply all, my pc systemboard got fry by power surge and I had to reload everything....
Glad to see everyone sharing their turbo install experience, it real helpful for those planning or installing their turbo.
My log manifold is different from most turbo manifold that the turbo flange is in front not downward like common manifold, SO I did not need to shave anything off the engine or the bracket mounting bolt. but did need to remove my tourqe mount. still kept my ac and stock dual fan and radiator. But my manifold desgin is for small turbo like t25-t3, for bigger and heavier turbo you would but a lot a stress on the manifold since the turbo sit in front of the manifold instead of downward. A support bar need to be bolt up to the car frame and the engine to help support it or else the manni will start to crack. it was the cheapest custom design I could find and so far, it work great for me, lot of space in the engine bay to spare..

I was gonna say just that.. im assuming he placed it there for clearance reasons instead of in the middle to get equal flow from all cylinders.. bleh this is why i like tubular manifolds/equal length.. you can put the turbo flange anywhere as long as all of the tubing is the same length
