Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    G23 turbo build

Here are a few pictures of the past few weeks progress. I mind you that the car is running and driving now for about the past week.

    Specs of the motor/build
Block-F22a4, all new bearings, selas, rings, etc. maybe 5K ago
head-jdm f22B, very low miles, running H23 cams now

    Manifold-Evo III
    Intercooler-JR 3"
    Intake manifold-H23
    ecu-chipped pO6
    injectors-450cc bluetops

The start of the teardown! LOL Bye Bye DC!!

The first pic after the turbo was mounted.

Here is a pic of my downpipe that is made for my setup

Intercooler used is a J.R. 3" and front solid dogbone removed

    Turbo going on

After block was notched and turbo is mounted. Look at how close the wastgate actuator is to the clutch slave cyl.

    Intercooler mounted

Turbo on and everything mounted into place

Bumper on halfway before I had to cut the bumper out to fit the intercooler behind

Cool picture at night where I had the lighting setup just right to see the "H" on the valve cover and you can also see the turbo

Funny picture after car was on the ground. Look at the right side of the ic. LOL

Let me know what you think. This is starters to get the car running and all the kinks worked out before switching to a larger turbo down the road.

          What block is that?

Some specs on the build would be nice.
