Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

it's funny, reading through this thread, it makes it seem so easy to do everything you have done.... when in all reality, everything u have have done is verry time consuming.

Hey dont make fun of us Canadians

Picked up the car, but the shop decided to tease me Boost cut at 3 psi and rev limit of 5000 rpm. The reason, the tuner tuned the idle, the cruising, and up to 3 psi. But didnt wanna go any faster because my brakes are kinda iffy right now, they sink to the floor every now and than, i gotta figure it out first.

Anyone know how hard it is to tune to like 6-7 psi? I cant take this teasing!!! Im running hondata S300, so i can screw around with it, but im curious if i can raise the boost cut to 7 psi? and just watch the AFR and make sure they dont go above 11.9, or is there a lot more to it, the tuner said the hard part of tunning is done, whatever that means. Thanks for any help!

i'd wait it out. not to sound like a fortune cookie but great things come to those who wait, lol. but on a serious note curiousity has its down fall and boosted cars are not something you want to play around with unless you're experienced.

dont play with the tune unless you know what your doing.

replace your master cylinder to fix your brakes.

I called up the tuner, and he said i can up the boost cut 1 psi at a time, and to just watch the AFR. He said he added fuel all the way up to 18 psi.

I went out tonight and went to 7 psi boost cut, I cant do WOT so all my pulls were like 80% throttle max, 90% of the time AFR was under 12 (like 11.6 11.7) and at 7 psi it would creep up to as high as 12.4. This is all part throttle, the reason i cant WOT is because boost just builds too quick and i hit the boost cut and thats not fun. Car feels good at 7psi. Rev limit is 4800.

Probably no videos till full boost and RPM. I mean all i can really do is part throttle it slowly, but it pulls. Gotta get the brakes done and get it fully tuned asap!
