Does the DSM turbo manifold fit?

Sorry for posting but I do not completely understand the DSM manifold.. they are what was on the stock 1st gen turbo/laser/eclipse? and also what year was the 1st gen(going junkyard hunting)

and also if this is the right thing i am looking for: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=38634

1/2G DSM Manifolds will work. I would say if you were wanting to do the Homemadeturbo shit, go w/ the 2G Manifold. It was not as prone to cracking as the 1G is. 2G = 95-98/9.

the 14b, 16g, t-25, and another t- XX something turbo will bolt up to it. The manifolds will actually be hard to find if your in a populated area but u can buy one from the mitsu dealership for like $175 and it won't crack (warranty also probably). Best of luck and let us know if u need any more info

i live in small town, and my uncle owns a junkyard, so 9 chances out of 10 he can find me a wrecked one that i can just rip the parts off at no charge, thus spend some extra cash on beefing it up a little.

But yeah, if you're wanting to go the DSM route, w/ a DSM turbo. I would honestly recommend the 1G 13B. It came off of all the Turbo automatic DSMs. Small durable turbo. It will give you plenty of boost ( can go upwards of like 15-18 daily, if not more ), and is cheap and fairly easy to find ( because none of the DSMers want that small turbo ).

Well, this is it. If you're wanting a starter turbo, just go to a junkyard and ask for a stock turbo from a 90-94 Eclipse/Talon/Laser ( manual or automatic ).

                              There ya go!
