Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Yes, the manifold does look a hell of a lot better than a logstyle, and that is why a lot of people decide to make knock off's (no offense). But the manifold was not designed for looks, Full Race designed that style manifold to perform, which it also does a hell of a lot better than a log style manifold.

As far as all the questions, I was just trying to give you a little heads up with some of the problems that we ran into. Im glad to see that you seem to have most of them under control.

For the differences between your CB7 and the USDM CB7, front mount or otherwise. The differences would be good to consider and good for others to know if you plan on producing these.

s235, correct me if im wrong, but I believe that is a mild steel. Not the best material but should work. If it is a mild steel I would suggest coating it and bracing it from the turbo flange to the head flange.

Thanks for answering my questions and looking forward to an update.

          Thanks for the advice,

          Here are some pic's;

          BIG PIXXXX

The low front mount... no problems here

Radiator clearance.... seems to be a lot of space left......

!!! There does seem to be a problem w the alternator... ill relocate it (where the AC pump used to sit)

As for the S235; yes im planning to coat and brace it.

Progress: Made the collector,it's harder than it seems...

          Stefan

          PS:
Im looking into buying a porche 944, and use it fot dirtracing, it should be fun. Not sure yet

            THE DAY HAS COME....

            i finished the manni:

            LINK TO THE PIXXXXXXX

it took a lot of time to get everything lined up correctly, but i guess i didn't do so badly concidering it's mah first manni

It's almost equal length (inner runners 1cm longer than the outer runners) but i bet it flows and looks better v/s a log slyle/or DSM manni  )

If everything turns to work right i will be replacing this manni with a stainless one... i made this one out of reg. steel so i could weld it myself..

Time for a beer..... (the one in the pic )

No projects at the moment... danm
