smoke out of breather filter - bad compression

I installed a delta cam for turbo applications and set valve lash to what delta told me .06/.08 and now i got smoke comin out fo my breather filter! DIdnt really egt a chance to rape the car either .

well i compression tested before the turbo and they were all between 170 and 175, ive had teh turbo on this engine for about 6months runnin 10psi. then i had the cam put in and teh valve lash was set to what DeltaCam had told me to do it to over the phone. next day smoke out the breather. honestly i do not know it was related to teh cam swap and valve lash or it was just getting ready to go and tha additional power from the cam tipped the scale.

eh prolly not just come upanyways, do the lude and the g20. i did a leakdown test, definetly a piston ring on cylinder 1

Sorry to hear it mang!
But on a plus note, from a shop up here(actually my bro's connection<its actually a small engine shop for honda>) I got a full rebuild kit for the f22a1, rings seals and gaskets incl oil pan and hg for $500 also they said that I could get stock pistons for about $25 each! This is all CDN prices so prob with some searchin youll find it cheaper! Was relatively simple rebuild, 3 engines tore down to re-build 1(and only 4 out of 12 pistons were good-all the ringlands were bad-detenation sucks mang)

dude im not selling the cam valve lash was .006 intake and .008 exhaust so it was all good !
