Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    my distributor?????????????

    i have a 91 accord ex turbo w/ uberdata and was wondering since I am replacing my distributor that was converted to external coil can i buy a new distributor for a 93 SE external coil distributor? What problems will I have if I put a 93 distributor meant for external coil on my 91 ex turbo w/ uberdata meant for internal coil?

    just get the cap from a 92-93, open up your stock dizzy, extend the coil wires, throw that shit coil away, get an external coil, hook them wires up MAKE SURE YOU REMEMBER OR MARK NEG AND POS, and you are golden. Just need an extra plug wire to connect them and you are golden

      theres a DIY on this somewhere too...or just follow MSD instructions for civics and integras...has nothing to do with uber actually

        He doesn't want the 92-93 cap, he wants the wiring harness off of t for the cleaner install. But was it worth 2 posts on the same subject?
