Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

check out South Florida Performance :

    www.sfp.net

i know a couple people who's been using their turbo manifold for about 3-4 years now and hasn't had any problems. a bit costly to some, but worth the $$$ from what i've seen.

it depends how much money you have. DSM manifold seems to be the most popular on this board. if you dont like the stocker idea you can always get an aftermarket DSM manifold and use that. of course there are no clearence guarentees, but i dont see all that much of a problem

If he used a dsm, he would need to do some serious modification to the mani, lol.

Is SFP still in business? When I searched the webpage and clicked on turbo manifolds and turbo kits it said the shop is closed. However, I never called the listed number.

that one looks pretty sweet sparkle hows that one perform and how much is it?.......but by the way i would acctully have no problem at all paying good money becuause i want something that performs really really well and spools up quick......something like in comparsen to a rage or a smsp but a turbo manifold instead......like an equal lenth or somthing.....money really isnt an issue, if i really like it ill save for ever to get it...

Sparkle mani's is the winner IMO. Now I am pissed off with my creation... . Ah well, I still think my 350whp+ goal on the stock block is attainable with what I got...

Several designs from around $230 on up to just over $500. Full stainless, no need to pay for a "name brand" when you can get the same or better quality for cheaper.

Also I see absolutely no reason to accept the limitations of a DSM manifold if you're going to invest any kind of real money into a manifold. Not only will you have to drill out the flange, but you'll more than likely be limited to DSM flanged turbos (yuck).
