Turbos are great BUT WHAT IS UR GAS MILEAGE

Turbos are the best things to 4 bangers since DOHC but i wanna with the rising gas prices, what is your gas mileage, i have 90 ex 4 dr auto with mobile synth in it getting 29 mpg, but adding a turbo with bigger injectors i think would cause a lowering in that number. I really want to hear from the turbo f22 guys like R33 but the h22 guys can tell me there MPG before turbo and after thnx.

PS. Whatever the mpg is gonna be im still gonna turbo lol

I haven't owned a turbo version of either yet... but for my past experiance with turbo vehicles...... turbo d16, turbo b16, turbo ls1... the is list is much bigger. But in ever case, as long as you stay off out of boost, the gas milage stays the same or impoves slightly.

i still get 25mpg..320+ miles per tank. not bad

maybe around 20-21 in the city cause of other problems, and i've popped 408 to a tank before on the highway...thats not babying it either lol!

My car isn't tuned yet, and I'm running pretty rich because of some old fouled plugs. So I'm only getting maybe like 22-25 mpg. The gas mileage isn't that much worse if you have your car tuned good and don't drive it too hard.

I never stay out of boost because my turbo is too small and well I have a lead foot

from wat i understand large cc injectors dont disperse anymore fuel than a stock one intill u punch on it
