From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    DSM manifold question

I am working on gathering parts for a DSM turbo set up I found a 95 Eagle talon. I want the exhaust manifold. From what I have found out, It's a 2nd generation and I am wondering if the 14b DSM would fit properly? Thanks, Be Well.

Yea if its from a 6 bolt or 7 bolt 4g63 it will work.

it will fit with some modification.you have to drill out the holes to make it fit.

You do have to redrill the manifold so it bolts to our cylinder head, but the 14b bolts directly up to the collector.

The 2g manifold is better then the 1g manifold, and the evo 3 manifold is the best OEM option.

The 2g had the t25, right? The flange for the t25 and the 14b is the same? I've always wondered, but I was never certain.

The 14b, T25 , T28, 16g, and the big 16 and EVO 3 16 g 20g, and the green series 20g all have the same flange and can bolt on to the same manifold unless its a hybrid which I'm pretty sure anyone would notice the t3 or t4 difference in the hotside of the turbo.

these turbos are really fun to mess with ...

Ninja edit: in other words .....Yes they're the same.....lol

                Update

The manifold turned out to be cracked and cracked bad, couldn't see it because it was on the bottom of the manifold hidden by the turbo. So I am still on the hunt
However I found a Honda sunroof deflector in great, great condition for only $4.97 including tax not a bad day at the salvage after all.
