anybody on here have a 2.4 bisimoto cam on single cam?

Just wanted to know if anyone had the 2.4 cam on a sohc f22 on a turbo application because just wanted to know how much hp it increased before they got it tuned and after they got it tuned. And also how much hp before they even had the cam.

i have the level 2.x (custom designed cam) from bisi and it kicks ass. The factory cam limited me to around 422hp before it just plain wouldnt make any more power due to the factory cams overlap. After swaping to the new cam, the engine literally woke up. Before i was only able to build a max of 22psi and am now comfortably sitting at 31psi.

On a turbo F22 the main advantage of having a properly designed cam is that it shifts the powerband into an area where the turbo can really use it.

      hope this helps.

I personally wish i had gone with a level 3 cam and probably will in the near future because even though i am making 612hp on the f22, power is still dropping off after 7600rpm and i need to be making power through 8400.

Ok but I really want my torque to be high as my hp levels or close to it. Do you think this cam will help that all I have is bisi 8.9 flywheel bisi valve train kit. Bisi intake manifold gasket on with my 60 trim greddy turbo.

i think with either the 2.x or 2.4 ur torque should be close to the hp. the f22 have always been that way even stock. if you look at the turbo setups people have on here there numbers are usually pretty close when it comes to torque vs hp.

it is really going to depend on who is tuning your car, thats where torque really comes out. my car makes around 450ft/bs at 612hp. getting them even will never happen.
