Exhaust getting put together TODAY

getting it fabricated today....i already have from the cat back (Brought it from my cousin who sold his cb7). Im gona be using pieces from the DSM downpipe, then ran to my cat, but my cats gona be replaced with a str8 pipe or the other end of the DSM downpipe…..which is 2.5 inlet to 3in.
Cant wait to see how this shits gona sound, so use to hearing that raspy ass sound….lol.
Plus I hope I can finally hear my BOV (its DSM, hopefully its loud enuff)

Well took from 6-10pm but its done, well I had to wait for 2 other people ahead of me to be finished up but over all…..IM HAPPY AS SHIT…..lol.
The car sounds AWESOME, like a WRX, and the BOV, shit…..i love it, I smash the gas and u hear the Wush…..! hear the turbo spool up and everything, shits like a new car to me now….lol.
Im so use to starting it and hearing…..a sick lion trying to growl…lol to now hearing a nice as pure coming for the BACK of the car, not the front….lol.
Every shift is just amazing to me now…lol (sorry im so damn happy).
But now….oh yes I feel the turbo lag….lol, from 1000-3000 (3400 give or take) u feel it.
I was driving and got on it and was like it feels a lil different…. Then I remembered turbo lag.. but the system set up wise…..

DSM 2.5 flange and 2.5 full exhaust piping. To a cheap ebay wide open 4inch muffler (actually makes it all sound great, brought from the cat back and muff from cousin.)
And the DP looks GREAT. I get some pics this weekend.
Im just satisfied to the up most, and with the silencer in place….it sounds like a normal car which im not use to, its even quieter then when my car was N/A. I think it’s the mufflers tho, because I basically had the same set up (pipe sizes) but I had a Ractive Muffler on it, which are pretty loud.

i like the 2.5 imo to 3 muffler its sounds mean to me and i like the quietness nyc is full of asshole cops who live to give tickets to any import they can find. Good shit by the way cheerio

lol...im not a kid either...lol i have 2 kids well 5 including the 3 cars....lol.
and also it does, trust me, not exactly like it but close, ive had plenty exhaust systems on my cb7's so i know.

also got some news......piston rings are shot and possible rods bent, so im down for the count for now, until i build her back up to handle way more boost.

It will be worse then NA, until it hits some boost. SO if you have a small turbo, a built NA motor will beat you off the line, but once you hit like 2k-2500 you will smoke them. All built NA cars will mostly beat you in a start, but after that they probably won't keep up.
