The manifold won't fit because of the exhaust port pattern. Everything else will work though.

umm bullshit.. lol the manifold does work.. just causes for some redrilling.. in the h22a's case a lil more extensive.. the drilling sometimes may cause the top of the flange to crack.. therefore u have to use a washer to keep the manifold bolted down..Attached Files

After doing some digging, I've come to the conclusion that yeah it's great that he could get it to fit on the engine...but I'll bet the ports aren't properly aligned with the manifold...
Here we can clearly see the port pattern is 0--0-0--0:
And yet, here we can see that the manifold port pattern is 0-0-0-0:
Again, I'll bet that the ports on the head don't exactly match up to the ports on the manifold...unless he did some serious dremel work on the manifold.
