From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    Forced Performance "Race" manifold

    overkill? i see a lot of people running these on their DSMs but i don't know how much of an increase or whatever they're supposed to give

    It looks nice, how much better does it flow than an oem dsm manifold, or is it oem spec with just a different material?

      that the one I am running. Very nice piece, for the price and piece of mind(no cracks) I like it. Here is the video. Made 300 hp on the DSM setup.

        would you suggest it for someone wanting a lower HP setup? i'm wanting to keep it a daily driver after boosting

          yes it is good for at lower hp levels. Has a smooth merge collector, no wall like in the stock dsm manifold.

                  Its definetly better than a stock dsm manifold..but the inlet of the turbine is still small to me..and will cause backpressure issues..remember these manifolds are made with a 2.0L motor in mind.

                  Id much rather have a t3 or t4 sized outlet..regardless good stuff..

                            Its not just a 50trim..because ur turbine housing is very small in size goodsir..thus the reason for your quick as hell spoolup..what's the turbine 8cm2?
