Ya know I've been wanting to boost my h22 for a while now, but I'm scared of this seemingly "fragile" block. Mahle pistons is a route I'm looking at as well as doing a g22 or g23 swap as the f blocks have iron sleeves already. I can't really afford a full build for an h, nor can i not go without my car for 2-3 weeks as it is my DD. If you sound like me I would just swap an h22 head on your f22 block and boost. They go for only about 300 on ebay and in classifieds. Some do come ported or with mild street duty cams. N/A that should put you in the 150-170whp depending on the condition of the head and your existing block. Boost it at 10-15 psi and with a good tune I imagine it would be hard not to make 325whp. Plus if you look at it this way you're always "taking a step forward" in hp. While us h owners must throw out mad cash to cross that mark reliably. Just my .02, good luck.

Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.
