Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

like 93sleeper said 16psi would be good i wouldnt run no more than that. but as for gettin your block sleeved i used a local machine shop it has a good reputation around this area so i would have to tell you to ask around and call a few places

i personally as well as all my friends send our blocks to golden eagle for sleeves.

If your using brian crower pistons then use brian crown rings.

Seems like your pretty hellbent on using all brian crower goods... any reason why?

Umm, correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, BC does not make pistons...

                Link.

they MIGHT design pistons, but they definitely don't manufacture them.

ok so after talkin to the guys at BC i found that the pistons are CP and the rods are BC pro steel billet rods. i thought the pistons were BC because thats where i got them from my bad.

thats not a very good thing if your not doing the reasearch as to where every part in your motor came from. I personally make a list of all parts and their source in case i need something in a hurry.

16psi on a stock block is pushing it especially for a DD you can run safely 10psi on a stock block all day bumping it up is asking for rods and pistons

14 psi is good on the stock f22xx block as turbo90accord did for 2 yes and beat the crap out of it, and some guys on h-t did the same.
