Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

I would not suggest you buy a set of stock mounts, it'll just happen again. I'm assuming you have no form of a torque/front mount, what I would do is fill your sides and rear mount w/ urethane:

Not sure what you have for a rear mount, but you'd want the DX/LX 5 speed mount w/ bracket. That's what I would do aside from going aftermarket.

^ya, I def. understand your situation! But it would be such a waste for you to throw in a whole set of stock mounts, when they will just give out again, then you'll be in the same exact position again! ESP could def. set you up or DIY I guess. ESP is much more $, no downtime, DIY is wicked cheap but alittle more work, less work if you get a hold of some junkyard mounts, regardless of condition.

Esp sells only side mounts for 190.. I'm using a solid homemade torque mount and all stock mounts on my setup...

id def fill them with urethane, ive got my 2 side ones filled, and i made a solid rear out of some flat stock, and my motor does not move at all...

the rear mount is no fun to get to though....thats gonna be your biggest struggle.

Please read the ESP Motor Mount thread in members shops.
Alex (91Accord-LX) has proven why it is bad to do just ESP side mounts.
He has pictures on how the stiffness will kill your other mounts.
If you are going ESP, you need to go all the way around!

                Thank you, that is all!

Once you fill up your motormounts with the mcmaster urethane 94 shore you wont even need to change your mounts again . And its so strong and durable you wont even need a front dogbone mount. Which leaves you more engine bay clearance. I did it on my last 2 cars.
