ok we all know that there are people who run like 30 and 40 psi threw evo's and sti's.

well i love boost. i am deff a boost junkie and cant wait to if i dont get rid of my cb7 compleatly building my engien and suspen. ect.

i know there are ppl out there putting like 20 psi threw there cb7s but u think if i built the car to take it 30 or 40 psi is to much for a cb? i mean would it b worth spending 10k on it or would it not be worth it. ie. would i do nothing but burn tires being fwd

If this is going to be a drag car, then yes, but for a street car, it is much less practical. If you were awd or fwd, it might be possible.

Yea and it also depends on turbo sizing and if you like tearing apart your motor. 30 psi can be reliable but maintenance needs to be updated more often. Anyway 30psi on an fwd is pointless unless its a drag car as mentioned. Spinning on the street is boring and the lag is a killer too lol.

ya this is why i was asking. that was what i was thinking i wouldnt want it to be just a drag car. so i will just eather sell my baby or trade it so i can have a dd and get my sti and run that kind of boost threw it.

For a street car 30psi would be kinda pointless unless you could put it to the road. I've kinda wondered the same thing of why hasn't any one gone past the 600 mark.

Not if you strap the car down properly. We have done 1000+ at work with no slipping on a dyno dynamics dyno.

talk to bigdaddyvtec on accordinglydone.com He's got like 630 whp, but not a cb7. It's a 6th gen, and it's pretty crazy.
