Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Yea there is its a really tight fit. An older local member had a full size radiator, IC, AC but it was a tight fit. He was running a 16g also as i recall.

custom lines? im sure a shop can fab you up some alum lines. even the rubber lines are fine, since that last section of hose is rubber. there isnt much pressure in there. the only thing with that, is the connection.

I had a/c with my turbo kit, with out modding any a/c lines or anything, just had to build the kit around it all.
Then once it was runnng, would overheat everytime I used the a/c.....
So I ripped it all out and havent had any overheating problems since.

As for overheating, when you kick the a/c on it adds alot more stress to the cooling system, because the condenser puts off heat. Throw an intercooler in front of it all and a turbo next to the radiator and there you go, an overheating problem. The a/c would work ok if I was above say 40-50mph, but any kind of stop and go or slower city driving it would only last a few minutes before I had to turn the a/c off.Turbo H23a3 build has begun01-01-2019

Hard to see but i forgot iamanonymous setup. But he was running something smaller than bjaccord.
But as bjaccord mentioned a decrease in airflow in the front reduces cooling efficiency allowing the engine to overheat. Unless you got some bad ass flowing fans or something that dissipates heat well it will work fine.

I was going to try and keep AC, then realized my turbo would dominate the condensor and the radiator, as well as needing to have an extra support bolted to the motor. Therefore, half-size radiator went in and AC parts got ditched. Better off anyway, as a second car there is no reason to keep AC for a performance and fitment perspective.wat

Exactly, my X-runner has ice cold a/c for the summer months, and now for winter I drive the accord everyday.Turbo H23a3 build has begun01-01-2019
