How much HP on built motor/T3T4?

The title says it: How much HP could I roughly get with a built/sleeved motor and a T3T4 turbo? I think it's a 57 trim. I use DSM 450 injectors, too, and am wondering how long I can run them until they run out. It pulled very strong at 9lbs until it started smoking more than Cheech and Chong. Now after months of sitting, IT'S TIME!

Jose, chime in with any imput if you could.....your knowledge blesses me lol

Oh, and my parts list is as long as my................................................ .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...........................patience.
F22a1, T3/T4 turbo, Greddy Type RS BOV on left-over AEM CAI piping, Turbo XS manual boost controller, PHAT intercooler, Crzy tuning, Walbro fuel pump, AEM FPR/fuel rail/pulleys/cam gear, Gude cam and throttle body, MSD ignition/cap/coil, NGK wires and Iridium plugs, Fidanza flywheel, ACT clutch, Nuespeed short shifter

9 lbs on stock internals (for 10 min)
    16.2 1/4 mile with basics
    ??.? 1/4 mile with turbo

I think you're going to max those injectors before you hit 300. With your boost reference fpr, I think you should be able to get possibly close to 300, maybe a little over, depends on your head's VE.

I think on a 2.2, the turbo's flow capacity should get you well over 400 whp with supporting fuel. But that's going to depend on your turbine housing size and your discharge diameter, along with the exhaust, as far as top end power.

On the same turbo (t3/t04e .63/.60 57 trim stage 3 wheel) I'm making the power in my sig, on 750cc injectors.

We had it up to about 17 psi and power wasn't really doing anything more, so we cut it back to 15 and called it a day.

15 psi sounds good to me. The HP/Torque sounds even better. Besides, isn't power delivery to the wheels a problem with the front(s)? Do you guys have lsd to help put it to the ground? I'm thinking about it.

Thanks for the injector reference. I'll bump mine up for insurance. Not worried about the idle, though. Jose can vouch for my smoothness. He tuned it smmooooth.

              Built motors can go forever.

450's I only feel comfortable tuning them up to around 90% duty cycle, which you'll probably max them out around 300 or so, depending on fuel pressure. Speaking of fuel pressure, make sure you get a fuel pressure gauge.

Also, I think your turbo is a 60 trim, not 57. That thing looks bigger than a 57.

Your head flows wonderfully. I think that's one of the main reasons your car ran so damn good at only 9psi. VE is key.

p.s. I would invest in some 680cc injectors, or bigger, just to be safe. Also, get yourself a GM 3bar map sensor. You can buy all that stuff from xenocron.com. You'll also definitely need some much better spark plugs. NGK R5671A-8 to be exact.

Wow. That's what I'm talking (typing) about. I forgot about the gauge. With my motor, maybe I should get a 20 gauge. Get it? Thanks for the plug reference. And the Map sensor reference. And the injector reference. And....for the blasters we'll buy each other when you get back.

I'm running an F series tranny with an obx lsd, on 225/50/15 drag radials and have traction problems in third gear.

With out the lsd your out of luck. I was at 250 whp with out the lsd and I could burn one tire going down the interstate.

yes traction is definetely a problem, even with a traction bar system and a good set of tires, traction is still a problem up until 3rd. The only way to get really good traction at the track is with a set of slicks
