Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    As far as ECU emulation goes, are these two (Ostrich and Demon) the only real options? And for data logging, are those two (Hulog and Demon) the only real options? I'm a computer/electronic engineer, and I can only imagine that Moates is making a killing off of these products, especially considering it appears that they don't even write (and support!) the software that is required to make these devices work...

      the software was before these were even made, thats what chip burners used.

        im going to keep this thread open for my findings/learning to tune for other people that may need it, ill edit the top post as much as i can

          say i was able to get a hold of a p72, all i would have to do to is switch my chip from my p28 to the p72 and i would have a knock sensor/iab. Or is there also something else I would have to do?
