Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Usually something close to butter. Third grinds a bit every once and awhile, but its the best its been since I got the car.
The fluid can make quite a difference.Opal Metallic Green '92 LX 2dr manual, 181k miles, '94 prelude VTEC wheels for summer (steelies with snow tires for winter), Omni-power struts/springs, and other junk

I drive an auto and I have to say that I haven't had any problems with my tranny yet. I've had this car for almost three years and I just replaced the fluid resently. No leaks, no grinds or signs of slipage. I keep up wit her. I rarely ever push her to hard though. Can't wait for my F22b head swap. Car runs great! Knock on wood....

auto tranny here
since the last flush, its been shifting seemlessly, albeit with some 'pause' which i think is normal, it aint a 7G-Tronic tranny anyways
but full on WOT shifts are bang on target, tugging off the wheel and tyre chirps are the order of the day.
i want a manual trans.
u cant heel and toe and automatic.

Everything I've read says it's bad to completely flush the transmission.
Back on topic.
The LX shifts fine 99.9% of the time. It doesn't like going into 2nd or 3rd in the cold, but I'm gonna dump some GM Synchromesh into it and see what happens.
The EX shifts decently for it's age I must say.

My Ex shifts good imo. A bit notchy but overall pretty smooth.
