tranny problems wondering about my shifting?

I need some advice okay I have a heavy-duty street/strip sprung hub disk with a quaife limited slip differential now. The problem is that when i run the car hard sometimes i shift and it doesnt squeel its like some times it fights back and doesnt want to go into gear and i dont powershift so ever since i got the clutch changed I didnt resurface the flywheel could this be the probelm. And i had my release bearing changed what could it be im at a lost for words it squeeks just a little when i put the clutch to the floor it stops help me someone please

nothing was wrong people it was indeed the way i drive I had to work on my shifting technique. man racing can get so critcal when ya dont know much. GO figure but im practicing though.
