Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    Traction Bars?

    Hey kids, just reading about them and kinda like the looks of them. Just wondering if anyone on here is running one of them or not? Where you got it/how much/and pics would be appreciated. Here are some of the one that i found:


    looking at LCA from back --> front of car...


    seems like a simple enough design, and seems like replacing the crossmember would free up a shit load of space for downpipes and such. Also can be integrated with a middle mounted torque mount....

    I think i might build one of these for my car...and if it works, go into production. Anyone interested in one if i do?

        You can run the bar sulimed posted or just search for the esp-net website. I think someone purchased one from them. Forgot the price though it was more expensive than that collective racing one I think. Also the collective racing one requires an aftermarket under drive as for the esp-net one I am not sure forgot about it.

          thats the explicitspeedperformance bar and the world's fastest prelude runs that bar with great results!

          I may be running that bar this summer, if not then i'll go with scotts since I have the pulley already.

              yeah i ran into a guy at brauning motorsports and he had a cb7 with an h22, with a nice sized turbo, it was a sweet looking car. i got alot of pictures of it, but i dont know if he'd appreciate me posting the pictures up. i also have there traction bar on my crx, and i like it alot.

                Post the pics he'll never know..lol...I need to find out more about this traction bar.
