Alright, im looking for input on this one. Who makes the best5 header? I've heard that dc does, and greddy. But i want a sort of poll on whateveryone here thinks. also 4 to 1 or 4 -2-1

man your gonna be so shocked....you know who makes the best header.........hhhmmmmmmmmHONDA,yes honda does.if ya dont have a ex or se,go get yourself a 4-2-1 header from a junkyard.there just as good and better than a lot of aftermarket ones.but if ya want looks d.c is the one to choose.but performance wise dc's and hondas ex and se headers will be the same performance.my friends lx vtec went from his sucky lx headers to the dc and saw no improvment.

so what about the f22... i have an EX 91... should i stick to the stock header? will i see any marginal gains if i get a dc sports header?

DC headers are a definite improvement over accord headers so if accord is all you have then go with DC. As for jdm h series headers, yup they flow pretty much the same and the jdm ones are cheaper,However the biggest gain you see with the DC headers is about a 5 to 10 pound weight savings over stock.

Yeah but your best bet if you do get a dc header try to modify the lower half downpipe make it to 2.50 the collector i believe it was called to see a little bit power. You have to modify the collector.

The DC's make a difference if you have a port and polished head. My H23 has JG port and polished head and the exhaust ports of the head have been ported out to match the size of the ports on the dc sports. Oh and you better believe that makes a difference.

I must agree with everyone, If your motor is bone stock, the Ex & Se cast iron manifold do do the trick, But you firgure if your gonna spend a few nickles @ the junkyard on a plan lookin thing, Then why wouldn't you just drop a few more pennies on top of that to get a DC?
*H23AccordJG* is right on the Money, JG does Port match the Head to that of the DC's Spec, What does it all mean? It's kinda like when you pull your Butt Cheeks apart & fart, It FLOWS alot Better without any "Obstructions". On the plus side They look great! Though the engine bay tends to get a little bit on the hot side, But who's complaining
