Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Help me pick a Header

Well the exhaust on mt car is pretty shot and I would like some input on headers.

Input on fittment, performance, and quality of the following headers.

    DC Sport Ceramic?
    OBX Ceramic?
    Pace Setter?
Going to match it up with a flowmaster muffler and a high flow performance cat and a Walker center resinator.
    Thanx

what do you need to know?

with headers, you get what you pay for as far as performance goes.

but unless you buy very expensive, you really arent getting much, especially for the amount you paid for it(imo).

all those headers arent far apart from each other on performance gains. But the DC will give the most.

look up the kamikazee if money isnt an issue.

      Questions:

      1. For which motor?
      2. Your budget?
      3. Get DC
      4. Unless you have a lot of money and a H22 you can go with T1R or Greddy.

        More Info!

I guess I should have put in my original post F22A6

The info I'm searching for is Has anyone had any problems with the mentioned headers not fitting well. Being of poor construction, and their thoughts on what they liked or disliked about each brand. I know there is a whole post dedicated to exhaust set ups. That's great but doesn't really answer the questions. I've got a line on DC sports Ceramic for about 250 and an OBX for about 175 Pace setters are around 175 from Summit plus 10 bucks shipping the other two are on Ebay.

im satisfied with my megan racing header, i painted it black with high temp rustoleum spray paint so i dont have to worry about it discoloring.

mines starting to get sufface rust not bad but idk why i always keep my car cleane but yes you can feel a gain
