I have a JDM P13 running my H22. Well I used to have a spoon chip in it. Well I am usuing a stock P13 chip to pass smog. Well I passed smog then got put the old spoon chip in. Well one day i took it off then put it back in and got a hard cel. I guess the spoon chip is burnt. Well is there anyway it can be saved and reburnt? I would really like to use the same chip. The car felt so much faster with it. If anyone could help that would be great.

You might be able to purchase one off ebay? Dunno if you can read it but how do you know its burnt?

well i tried ebay and all the chips are for usdm. I have gotten 2 already from the same company and they both did not work. Well not sure if it is burnt but i just get a hard cel.Comment

for starters...make sure the chip is in the right way. If it's backwards you will get the solid CEL
Did the chip sit anywhere close to a magnetic force?
You can read it with your chip burner and then use a hex editor or Crome to look at it and see if any parts are missing or messed up. You kinda gotta know what to look for tho.
If you don't have luck with that, post the bin file here and myself or one of the other knowledgable ROM guys can look it over.
