Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    aftermarket electric fan

ok i searched n i did not see anybody ask this question. and i am trying to find out.

i just bought a new radiator and dont want to use my stock fan. yes i only have one because i took out the ac fan since i scrapped it.

basically i am trying to find out what size should we use to replace like a 9inch or 14 or 16inches u know. i measured the stock fan and it was about 15 to 14 inches.

and dont tell me to keep the stock one cuz its nasty and to thick for me. i want the thinner one in better condition thanks

I have 2 12inch slimline of them from they are slimfans from slimline. midnight just ordered 1 from me along with my radiator because im converting back it cools the system really well and leave you with alot of space and its cools down alot you can even hear the whirring sound alot when it cools off sounds almost like a jet when its almost about to take off.

My dad has a 95 Mercury Villager. The Radiator is double the size of our stock ones. And it has a high flow fan, but I am still looking for the CFM ratings. If it has a high rating I may pick up one of those bad boys.
