I have been commuting like 40 miles / day..and yesterday i had the weakest mpg ever...it was 280 miles...not even racing just highway speeds speeds ...i think the rising prices in gas may have had a factor... i usually throw in 89 octane with a half tank of gas 15 bucks....i leave the odometer rolling until i fill in another 15 bucks in gas and that is burned off....and found 280 miles...just a wierd few days.. i usually average ..about 320...

Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I constistantly achieve 370+ miles per tank and thats to empty, fuel light not on yet. This is about a good mix of city/highway/spirited driving (about an hours worth)

My old topaz (read:ford) couldn't even get me 200 per tank most of the time. I would expect 180 per tank. Even keeping rpm's below 2000 I couldn't get better than 220. And this is in an 89 hp 2.3 I4. God damn that machine When I first drove a cb7 at a honda dealership I was about to hump the car It was so much faster and handled/braked so much better. The topaz tank is the same capacity as the accords IIRC.
on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

the worst i ever got in my cb7 was 8mpg. BUT my computer wasn't plugged in all the way, i was one tooth off on my belt...and something else, but i can't remember. I now get about 26 main city driving.WTB:
88-01 prelude 2.0si (3g) si (4g,5g)
OR
90-93 Accord.
Has to be 5spd, has to be CHEAP. SUPER CHEAP. Will be in Indiana in February permanently and want a project car when I get settled in.
