...what's the point? Really.... sure it's nice to say when can go very fast, but isn't the gauge cluster off after 80mph?

Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I did 115mph on CA-78 here in SD until the speed limiter kicked in. She felt sooooooo smooth. Hardly any noise from the tires. Just a little wind noise from a torn driver side splash guard. I've gone 125mph in my dad's 99 Accord LX which is bone stock and it was really loud, lots of windnoise and tons of noise from the tires.

151MPH.... and only reason i know is b/c i had my boy chasing me on his triumph 955 which measures speed at the front wheel instead of through the transmission (very accurate). It was weird b/c it felt very smooth... just alot of air blowing by.
oh... 5th gear... at 6800 or so rpm...
