From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    Can i pass emissions with a high flow ebay cat?

    I just failed emissions because my cat is messed up. SO i went on ebay and i can get a high flow cat for 40 bucks. Do you think i can pass emissions with it? If not what can i do? Does anyone have forsale for a cheap price?

      My guess is no since your $40 cat is nothing more then a resonator

          I live in Missouri(no emmisions) and I didn't even pass our hick visual inspection.

            THOSE F'ING ASSHOLES. shell gastation was inspecting my car and they popped a hole in my cat. So i can really spend the money this sucks. That is why i needa cat. Maple i might take that from you.

              i passed with the ebay cat. in maryland. they are pretty harsh. i just got it real hot before i took it in. and they told me my car was too low to do one of the tests and they had to do an alternitive test/ so i dont know if that had anything to do with it or what...
