Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

P12 ECU AT VS MT and Prelude Apexi GT Spec exhaust

    1. Can you use a P12 ECU that came from an automatic with a Manuel transmisson.

    2. I found an Apexi Gt spec exhaust 172-HK09 on a 93 prelude with an f22a I looked and it seems that everything would line up correctly. Has anyone here ever tried or used this exhaust setup on a CB?

I just finishing installing the p12. My idle is better and the extra throttle response was nice.

An auto P12 ECU works perfectly fine with a Manuel CB. As for the exhaust haven't finished my research

I thought you needed to move the jumper (RP11 to RP12) on the ECU first?

I was told it was plug and play. There is at times it does lag on acceleration

Mine idled like crap during cold starts, and it acted like it wanted to doun shift during hard acceleration until I moved the jumper over to RP12. Now it runs perfect.

That's exactly what's happening. Ok how exactly do I do this now I don't want to do it wrong and fry the ecu

Helmholtz I found your thread on the cold start idle problem. Sounds and looks pretty pretty easy to do
