Okay my parents are 87% ready to buy me a turbo kit. First question is

Will it work with an automatic tranny?

How much would it cost to have a shop install it?

What shops around the chicago area should I go to?

I think you need to swap to 5-speed or else your transmission will get ruined fast...

that is why you are not ready. you need to research on the subject to better understand what is going into your car. it still needs to be maintained, and taking it to a shop is pretty rediculous.

drive to FL, i'll put it in for $500 less than any shop you take it to will.

seriously, I wish my parents bought me something for my car... And just cause you 16 wlfpck, doesn't mean you can't do anything to your car. I'm 17, and I've bought my car, done an engine swap, and now in a week or two, a turbo kit is going on it. Just get a job and save everything you make except for like %10.

auto trany will work with turbo so don't worry, some here has auto and turbo and it's still good.

Really go research turbo frist, cuz it seems if u don't know much about it.......
