Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

they sure are being mean to you, tell them they are just jealous who cares who pays for your turbo. But they are right, research the crapp out of this subject and when you think you know everything research some more, im putting my kit together too and im learning its not easy. Talk to these guys they know what they are doing. Dont get mad, lash out or leave this is prolly the best place on the net for you to learn about these cars and what you can do with them.

u ain't spoiled... what's worse is going to HS, u see kids driving in STis, WRXs, evos, benz, bmw, not even in HS< but in college, shiet man... think bought it that way, a turbo kit is slush compared to a 20k-30k car.. honestly..

anyhow i'd rather do an h22a jdm swap and leave it auto..
        hahahahah

Yea, make sure and do your research, do it right the first time and don't rush, take the time to do it right. Doing it right doesn't mean you have to buy the most expensive things and get everything possible..it means you do your research and find out what's critically needed for reliable performance, then shopping around for best price on that quality product and piecing it all together then learning how to put it together correctly.

Good luck and try to do as much yourself because you will learn alot from it and be very proud of yourself when people ask you questions on your setup and you know it down to every screw, bolt & nut.

haha, I remember this thread from months ago, and everyone ragged on him because his parents were buying it. Leave him alone. Ever need any help let me know. And good luck, it's not easy, but it gets pretty fun.
