The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    Turbo that adds 200 hp

    There is a turbo kit that i found on overboost that said it would add 200 + to the hp. Is this true?

    For $5500, you might as well put that towards a new car ....

      It's definitely possible. I would do a custom setup. You would get more for your buck.

        That is the kind of kit you would use on a FULLY BUILT block. If you use that on a stock honda engine and I'd give it no more then a week to go BOOM.

          ive seen a vid of them testing a new drag turbo on a fully built block...they turned the lights off n it was so hot the entire front end of the engine was glwoing...they said it could put out amazing numbers but it would destroy the engine so they need to tune it down

              well i'm still 16 so no way i can afford it. I just thought it was kinda cool. But the turbo kits that someone on here is selling, I'm definetly interested.

                i think it's funny how it says that kit is "for the serious racer who wants the best" or whatever lol... if someone was serious about boost and knew what they were doing, they would never buy a kit, they'd get it piece by piece

                      For 5 grand. Man I could go to turbocalculator.com and peice the parts I want for myself and still have money left over for small stuff.

                      But yeah more power means that car is gonna be sucking gas like it was water going out of style.

                        i did a pricelist and found out i could put a cb7 in the 11's for that much and still have enough left over for about 3 five star restaurant dinners lol...eh...better make it 2 dinners papa needs some new shoes . +200hp is nothing when ur just spinning tires and going absolutely nowhere.
