In the spring/summer I plan on putting A Stage 2 bisimoto cam in my F22a1. Along with H23 intake manifold. I'll also be running ebay header, and 2.25" cat back. Now my question is, what should I do asfar as ECU, I currently have a P12 and im pretty sure im going to want a chipped ecu with dyno tune. But what should I be looking for?

Don't rely on a AFR gauge only Drew. That is not the right way to do it. You really need something with datalogging. I don't know about if any of the cheap softwares like crome can do it or not, but I know the s300 can, and the features are much better. If you can get a base ignition map from someone, you can at least street tune the afr's yourself, that's the easy part. Then you can get to the dyno.There are no black and white suspension answers!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT, you can just get a logger. Pocket logger programs are cheap, and cheap used palm pilots will work to log, so for $100 or so you can log your runs w/out the BS programs needed to log and tune VIA the same program. If you have no idea what your looking at datalogging will do you no good. Make sure your AFR's are good for cruising with a wideband and get to someone who can tune your car properly. If you turn on your car and your AFR's are out of whack, call a tow truck to get you to the tuner.
If you do want to street tune yourself, do some research first. There is a lot of good information available online and in a few books. Crome Pro, eCtune and Neptune all have datalogging capabilities and IMO better functionality than SManager (Hondata S300 tuning software). The code base behind the Gui is better with eCtune & Neptune as well.Last edited by GhostAccord; 02-28-2011, 04:43 PM.

Yeah I was talking to a friend today too he also said p06. I don't really want to tune it myself, not yet at least. I'm def gonna get it dyno tuned. I just want to know what I need to do so the tuner can do his job lol.
So, so far, chipped p06 and wideband. And a stage two base map. Would I be ok to run the p12 driving to the tuner? Unless I can buy a p06 with the base map on it, cause i don't have the software/hardware.

talk to your tuner and see what he thinks you should have. you may not need anything other than to be sure that there are no leaks and the car runs before it goes on the dyno.
Most tuners will not require you to have your own Wideband O2 sensor. They should have their own for tuning. They may also sell chipped OBD1 ECU's with chips ready for tuning.
That's why it would be best to talk to your tuner and see what they require you to have prior to tuning.

expect to pay at least 100. a hr. for the dyno and tune . most likely the p06 , is the best for you .my tuner advised me to run the p12 on my 2.3 cam shaft . i was told by deevergote to try a p06 and that's what i'm after now .so , it will be a purchase and a new tune . about 250. for it . i hope it worth the gain . good luck OP.
