Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Tuning my engine

Hi Guys, I need some advice, my F22 needs more power, the standart 150 hp must have company. I would like to doo the work without swapping the engine, the roules in Denmark are rediculus, i can tune up the standart engine as far as i like without turbo or charger, but if i swap i can go no further then +20% ! !

Im thinking of new pistons, complete exaust, cam, new engine control ect. What is your opinion? What is possible and how? is there some places in U.S. Where i can get the right parts shipped to Denmark without problems?

    Hit MEE !

Yes it is very possible. But it all depends on your budget.

              Awww...how cute

For my F22a1 all-motor build, I'm hoping to get like 200 engine HP. I figure like 170-ish WHP. But honestly, whatever the setup gives me, I'll be happy with for the time. I made my plans, will buy all the parts and assemble it, street tune it as well as I can, then finish up the tuning on the dyno and see what she gives me. So I will not know for a fact or can tell you what to expect for sure until it's done. Also, there is not to much reference regarding F22a1/a4/a6 all-motor builds that I can give you a very close estimate. I also may consider a different cam profile for the F22a1 build up, after trying the Delta 272 profile and compare by dyno and see which is best, so I may or may not squeeze some more power, depending on how well the cam profile is.

I also have a second part to this project, that I will pursue later after I some fun with this engine, but it will no longer be a true F22a1 engine...

Yea, I hope to make around 200 engine HP and more torque than a stock H22. That'd be tight and the ultimate test would be to take on a few H22 swapped Accords and mop the road with them
