Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    OBX cat back systems

thoughts, opinons? I want the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I'm seriously considering the DTM cat back for my EX. I like the almost stock look with the dual tips. Trying to avoid the "ricer" look and sound. Anyone heard one of these?? Whats the exhaust note like?

I have found the DTM online for around 299 plus shipping. Since you deal with them, whats the quality like.

The quality is pretty good all the welds are solid but the chrome look does tend to dull after a few months

The sound really depends on what mods you have done to the engine but I cant say I have heard it on a cb7 only on civics and it does sound decent kinda loud

I have OBX cat back and Hi flow cat, and it sound mellow low not too loud until you go WOT then I just set off other car's alarm It not rice bubble bee sound on my car, but I have a turbo so it has more exhaust flow. I'll see how the stainless still last through winter. Got my cat back and hi flow cat cheap with installation cost me $450 at a local shop
