If someone took a stock H22 block, and asked them to bore the FRM sleeves out to 87.25mm from the stock 87.00mm, would there be a problem? If this isn't possible, and someone wanted to run the 87.25mm 11.5:1 comp. Mahle pistons, would they have to get the block resleeved? Basically can the FRM sleeves be bored to 87.25mm on the H's, and be used correctly?

Yes it can be bored out to that spec, But you have to find the right place to bore it out properly. Thats not even a bore, Its a hone basically.

I can see that. 0.25mm is very tiny. I realized that when I was doing some manufacturing in the machine shop this past summer.The Lord watches over me!
