Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

WoW ! Thanks guys for all your helpful replies As for the Bisi header, thats a dream for me but i cant put 600$ on a header since i need to redo my brake setup at the same time...

So i'll probably go for Megan Racing, they got a really good price : 189.99$ on megan site without shipping i think.. thats really good! I'll probaly also buy aftermarket gaskets

Thanks guys, i'll give you my review of the header when i'll buy/get it!

Every Megan header I have dealt with was crap. I actually had to re-drill 4 holes on a set for a 350z. Pacesetter isn't much better but probably the lesser of the two evils. Have you checked the classifiedes on this site? There were a few used good ones for sale. That might be a better idea then just jumping on ebay and picking one up that is crap.

OEM A4 Header FTW, if you can find one, snag it. Still kickin after 20 years is a damn good sign that its well built. I'd be really suprised to see any of the brands listed last that long.

i like my a6 header for the top end.
x2 on the dc part, i hear alot of noise of people wantingh dc this and dc that but ive seen what happends to dc headers, they start corroding after a while ive seen alot of my friends headers and their all rusty and flaky looking, personaly if ur not getting top of the line headers just get ebay, most of the low namebrands have little to no diffrence in gain, some of my friends have ebay and they work just fine, if installed right you dont need to get new gasket kit because my brother has ebay exhaust for about 2 yrs and so far havent had any problem for his 96 accord

              UPDATE!!!

The guy where i buy all my tuning parts sold me a full stainles steel header and i got a good price on it. Its comparable to the megan racing header. It's a good quality header, i just gotta install it.

I'm only wondering if i'll use the gaskets that came with the header... I dont know if my gasket between the header and the engine would be reusable... And do you guys know if i really need the special tool for oxygen sensor or i could just remove it with a ordinary key???

UPdATE!!! I've went to a shop to make the job since i had issues with the o2 sensor.

Anyway i got a stainless steel header that kinda looks like ebay ones but you can see that it's better quality its made in usa by the provider of a tuning shop here.

Only issue with the header was that it wouldnt fit since i had A/C. The A/c line that goes out of the compressor was in the way of the header, the guy who did the job got the header in by removing the 2 first studs near the ps pump and by prying the a/c hose with a big pry bar between the hose and the header.
