Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I haven't decided to put it there, under the headunit, or on the "kitchen table" to the right of the gauge pod....

i have seen people mount it to the steering column cover, very plain sight. good and bad thing, good for you to see, bad for thiefs to see. i dount have mine mounted. i have the extension on it and it lays in the area between the two front seats, just underneath the e-brake handle. that way it is hidden at all times, but i can still hold it like a PS2 controller when i am tuning.

178 whp and 148 torque (mustang dyno)

no, i dont use the butt dyno. that isnt safe. i mean, when i am tuning at a dyno, i dont have to worry about it being strapped down like yours, i can lay it in my lap. this way it is more hidden, and i dont end up with that tape residue on my interior if i remove it. other than that, it just lays in b/w the seats and lights up the int. at night.

I've got my SAFC doubleside taped infront of my guage cluster. It covers up my odometer and from 0-20 and 110-130 on my speedomter. But I don't really need that stuff anyway It's decent line of site placement, clean install (hid all the wires) but if you're afraid of it getting stolen not a good spot. I'm not too scared since it's black, and unless it was on you probably woulnd't notice it in the dark.

i once had mine on the dash in plain site not a good idea so then i took it and put it in the overhead mirror so when i need it i flip it down and when i dont want anyone else to see it i flip it right back up so that its hidden
